The group debuted in South Korea on August 28, , under NH Media. After their contracts with NH Media expired, Soohyun, Hoon and Kiseop signed with Tango Music (in January ) and announced that they will continue to promote together as U-KISS.
As of December 31, , Ukiss&#;s contract with Tango Music has expired, and the group will be entering an indefinite hiatus.
